TERMS & DELIVERY

A one-time digital purchase.

Jarvis in 60 Minutes costs €14.99 at the current launch price. The final amount shown by Stripe includes applicable taxes. Stripe collects the billing data required for payment and the Rechnung. After verified successful payment, the buyer-specific kit, personal and household license and Rechnung PDF are delivered immediately in one email to the address entered at checkout.

The buyer provides a compatible AI account, required third-party accounts and internet access. No hosting, personal consulting, third-party account fees, guaranteed connector availability or done-for-you installation is included. German law applies; mandatory consumer protections in the buyer's country remain unaffected.

COMPATIBILITY

Capabilities are checked, not assumed.

ChatGPT Work is the primary blueprint. Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, scheduled tasks and email delivery depend on plan, workspace, account, permissions and region. The kit provides visible fallbacks when a capability is unavailable. Claude or Cowork and Gemini support overlapping but not identical workflows.

PERSONAL AND HOUSEHOLD LICENSE

Use and adapt it within your household.

The purchase grants one named buyer a perpetual, non-exclusive license to install, use and adapt the delivered files for personal use within their household, including helping a spouse or partner configure their own Jarvis. The opaque LICENSE-ID identifies the license without embedding buyer personal data.

You may not resell, sublicense, publicly upload, redistribute or share source copies outside your household, or turn the supplied materials into another product for distribution. Business and team use requires a separate agreement. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

REFUND & WITHDRAWAL

Immediate delivery requires express consent.

Consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Before purchase, you expressly request delivery of the digital content before that period expires and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires when performance begins. This does not limit statutory rights if the product is defective or not as described.

Before delivery begins, you may withdraw by emailing [email protected] with your name, order reference, purchase date and an unequivocal withdrawal statement. No special wording is required.

PRIVACY

Purchase data is used to fulfil and document the order.

We process the buyer's name, email, billing address, tax details, order reference, consent record, payment status, license ID and Rechnung data to perform the contract, take payment, issue the Rechnung, deliver the product, provide support and meet statutory accounting duties.

Stripe processes checkout and payment data. Jarvis creates the Rechnung inside the private order service. Resend transmits the transactional delivery email. Order, license and Rechnung mappings stay in private operational storage outside GitHub. Jarvis never stores payment card data. Purchase data is not added to marketing lists without separate consent.

We use self-hosted Umami analytics to understand page visits and checkout interactions without advertising profiles or cross-site tracking. Umami does not set analytics cookies on this site.

Contract and invoice records are retained for the periods required by German tax and commercial law. Other operational data is removed when it is no longer required for delivery, support, legal claims or statutory obligations.
